Our research-based convictions extend to the kitchen, where our in-house nutritionist has worked alongside our world-class catering team to design a tasty and fun menu that provides children with everything they need for a day spent learning.

Gonzalo Giusta and Paola Morselli, proprietors of the exceptional Salón Nº 3, have devised a school menu unlike any other. It’s packed full of delicious, high quality, locally sourced, fresh ingredients. Our offering develops children who engage with a variety of food with refreshing awareness.

Redefining “school food”

Our students gather round a table to eat together with their teachers, providing another space for trust and relations to thrive. Lunch is an education for life; not only in what we eat, but in how we interact with each other and manage ourselves.

Our menu was designed in consultation with professional chefs, a child nutritionist, TGS parents and students. It is an offering that takes into account the highest international standards in nutrition, like the guidelines of the World Health Organization.
